Rental bookings and payment
Reservations with pickup/dropoff dates and locations may be made by mail, fax, email, or online booking form. Upon Bike Adventure New Zealand confirming your booking a deposit of 20% of the total hire price is required within 10 days. Balance of payment must be paid in full at the time picking up the motorcycle.

Cancellations and Refunds
Rental: You may cancel your booking at any time, however a cancellation fee will apply:

Up to 4 weeks prior pick-up of your motorcycle, 50% of deposit
from 4 weeks onwards, 100% of deposit.

Payment Options
Deposits and balance of payments may be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) authorizations or bank transfers. Amounts billed to your credit card will generally be in New Zealand currency.

Balance of payment for your rental motorcycle may be made by travelers cheque, cash or credit card.

Deposits are fully applied against final payments.

Payment is not required until you have received a confirmation email which will include a unique booking number. Once you have received a booking number payment is made by credit card via our secure payments form at which time our booking conditions will apply.
